1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier selection may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

TrueWarrior is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at truewarrior123@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


7. International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.


8. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume during sales or holidays
