At TrueWarrior, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within [14 / 30] days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (hats, socks, undergarments, etc.)

  • Limited edition or drop items (if applicable)

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at truewarriorclothing123@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

If rejected, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
